James Haining
Principal & Managing Director
James has over 13 years of commercial property experience, starting out as a sales & leasing agent back in 2010. During this time, James’ exposure to all aspects of business and real estate has armed him with the right tools to represent his clients and their assets. He prides himself on being upfront and direct with everybody that he deals with and believes in staying ahead of the game for the health of the asset and his relationships with tenants & clients.
Christina Condon
Director
Christina has 23 years’ experience in commercial property including 20 years in Property Funds Management. A Certified Practising Accountant for 25 years with experience in taxation, audit, and finance, Christina has held several CFO positions in Australia and Canada in the property sector working in asset management, property management and property development. In addition, she is a Director and Responsible officer on an Australian Financial Services Licence for Arcana Capital and was previously the CFO and a Responsible Office for Leyshon Group in Brisbane.
Brittney O'Donnell
Accounts Manager
Brittney started with Eagle Ridge Asset Management in 2023 and works closely with James to make sure all accounts and “day to day” management of portfolios runs smoothly.
