James has worked in commercial property since 2010, having started his career in sales and leasing in 2010. Over this time, he has worked across a wide range of commercial assets, building a practical understanding of how properties operate and what owners value in day-to-day management.
James is known for his clear and straightforward approach, and for the importance he places on open communication. He focuses on staying ahead of issues, supporting the long-term performance of each asset, and maintaining respectful, productive relationships with both tenants and clients.
Christina has held senior financial leadership roles in the property sector in both Australia and Canada, including Chief Financial Officer positions across asset management, property management, and property development. She is currently a Director and Responsible Officer on an Australian Financial Services Licence for Arcana Capital, and previously held the roles of CFO and Responsible Officer for Leyshon Group in Brisbane.
Beck has over 15 years’ experience in operations, working across business, property, and facilities environments. As Operations Manager at Eagle Ridge Asset Management, she focuses on ensuring the business runs efficiently and smoothly in support of the property management and facilities teams.
Her role spans operational oversight, process improvement, vendor coordination, and systems management, helping ensure day-to-day operations are organised, consistent, and well supported. Beck works closely with internal teams and external providers to keep the business running effectively behind the scenes.
His role includes supporting leasing activity through lead generation and listing preparation, assisting with facilities tasks, reading meters, and providing operational and administrative support as required. Callahan works closely with the wider team and takes a practical, hands-on approach to learning the business and contributing where needed.
